参麦注射液对鼠脑星形胶质细胞缺氧/复氧损伤的保护作用

摘    要:观察参麦注射液对培养的鼠脑星形胶质细胞缺氧 /复氧 (H/R)损伤后一氧化氮 (NO)分泌的影响。方法 :培养鼠脑星形胶质细胞 ,以缺氧 /复氧为损伤因素 ,观察培养上清液中NO及乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的变化。结果 :H/R损伤后星形胶质细胞NO的分泌显著提高 ,LDH漏出量显著增多 ,参麦注射液能明显抑制H/R状态下星形胶质细胞分泌NO ,并降低LDH的漏出。结论 :在H/R损伤情况下 ,参麦注射液对鼠脑星形胶质细胞具有保护作用 ,其可能机制与其抑制NO分泌和稳定细胞膜有关

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of shenmai injection (SMI) on production of the nitric oxide (NO) in supernatant of cultured rat cortical astrocytes damaged by hypoxia reoxygenation (H/R).Methods:The neonatal rat cerebral astrocytes was cultured and was identified with monoclonal antibody of anti-glial fibrillary acidic protein.The changes in NO formation and LDH leakage were measured during astrocytes H/R.Result:It showed that H/R injury increased the production of NO and LDH leakage.The pretreatment with SMI could inhibit them.Conclusion:SMI had protective effects on astrocytes damaged by H/R.The mechanism might be related with its inhibition of NO production.
