明胶海绵颗粒加丝线治疗严重鼻衄的临床研究

目的观察单纯使用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞与明胶海绵颗粒加丝线进行联合介入栓塞治疗严重鼻衄的临床疗效。方法62例经鼻腔填塞止血无效的严重鼻衄患者随机分为A、B两组，每组31例。A组单纯使用明胶海绵颗粒进行栓塞，B组应用明胶海绵颗粒加丝线进行栓塞。结果A组1次栓塞成功者为25例（80．6％），B组1次性栓塞成功者为29例（93．5％）。A组栓塞后1个月内再次出现复发鼻衄者5例（16．1％），B组栓塞后无1例复发鼻衄。结论用明胶海绵颗粒加丝线进行联合栓塞的效果，优于单纯性使用明胶海绵颗粒的栓塞效果。

Clinical Research of Gelatin Sponge Particle Adding the Silk Thread in the Serious Epistaxis

Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of gelatin sponge particle and gelatin sponge particle adding the silk thread in treating serious epistaxis .Methods 62 patients is divided into two groups (A and B) at random, 31 every group. A group was gelatin sponge particle,B group was gelatin sponge particle adding the silk thread.Results Through treatment, the cured patients of group A is 25 (80.6%), the cures patients of group B is 29 (93.5%),epistaxis again in one month after the treament of A group is 5(16.1%),none in B.Conclusion The curative effect of treatment using gelatin sponge particle add the silk thread jointly,is superior to that of the purely gelatin sponge particle in serious epistaxis.
