| 摘 要： | 对32例成人结核性脑膜炎（结脑）的CT表现进行了临床分析，结果：32例中有12例脑室扩张、积水；13例呈大小不等低密度影，分布在脑实质各个部位；5例为高密度影；1例脑萎缩，1例结核球，11例无异常发现；早期结脑可无CT改变，并对CT表现与结脑预后，病理情况进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The CT manifestadons of thirty two cases of adult tuberculous meningitis were report-ed.Enlargement of cerebral ventricles withhydrocephalus was found in 12 cases,low densi-ty zone of different sizes distributing in various areas of the cerebrum in 13; high denstityzone in 5, cerebral atrophy in one case and tuberculoma in one case. In 11 cases,no abnor-mal picture was shown. In the early stage of tuberculous menignitis,abnormality of CT pic-ture may not appear. The relationships of the prognosis and pathological changes of the dis-ease with CT manifestations were discussed. |
