复方丹参注射液合黄芪注射液为主治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察复方丹参注射液合黄芪注射液为主治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效.方法 将100例急性心肌梗死患者随随机分为两组各50例,对照组:口服肠溶阿斯匹林,第1天服用300 mg,后75 mg/次,1次/d,共10 d;尿激酶150万U加入100 ml的生理盐水中,30 min内滴完,共1次;硝酸甘油10 mg加入500 ml的5%葡萄糖或生理盐水中,10~20 μg/min持续静滴3 d后,改为静滴1次/d,治疗4d;皮下注射低分子肝素,7500U/次,2次,d,共3~5 d;静滴极化液(5%葡萄糖500 ml+氯化钾10 ml+胰岛素6 U),1次,d,共10 d.治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注复方丹参注射液20 ml、黄芪注射液10 ml,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程.结果 治疗后两组均可改善患者血液流遍学指标,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 丹参、黄芪注射液为主治疗急性心股梗死有效.

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical effect of treating acute myocardial infarction with western routine treatment combined with salvia injection and astragalus injection.Methods 100 cases patients with acute myocardial infaretion were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with western routine treatment combined with salvia injection and astragalus injection,and the control group was treated with western routine treatment,which Were injected by vein for one time daily.Results The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Salvia injecfion and astragalus injection has better effects on improving parameters of hemorheology and anti-free radical,enhancing cfinical effect of acute myocardial infarction,incrrasing cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction.
