| 摘 要： | 腹壁切口疝治疗棘手，目前仍是腹部外科较为困难和有较大争议的问题。2003年10月。2005年6月，我们对11例腹壁切口疝患者，采用巴德双层复合补片行疝修补术，术后无复发，效果满意。现报告如下。

| Abstract: | Objective To valuate the double - deck complex patch repair in patients with incision hernia of abdominal wall. Method To analysis retrospectively 11 cases with incision hernia of abdominal wall repaired with double - deck complex patch and made a summary to its operation methods as well as complications. Result Operating time were from 45 to90minutes, all cases recovered, none recurrenced. One case suffered liquefaction of adipose tissue, but no ir,fcction and trauma of intestine developed. Conclusion Application of double - deck complex patch to repair incisional hernia is feasible and effective. |
