肠道准备对18F-FDG PET/CT显像胃肠道摄取的影响

目的探讨肠道准备对18F-FDG PET/CT显像胃肠道摄取的影响。方法60例PET/CT受检者随机分为肠道准备组和未准备的对照组,每组30例。肠道准备组于检查前1天晚8点服用硫酸镁溶液,静脉注射18F-FDG 20 min后所有检查者分次大量饮水充盈胃肠道;肠道准备组于图像采集前30 min肌肉注射山莨菪碱10 mg。对两组图像的胃、小肠、回盲部、升结肠的18F-FDG摄取进行半定量分析比较。结果肠道准备组与对照组的胃、小肠、升结肠的18F-FDG摄取有较大差异,肠道准备后三者的SUVmax均有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论检查前进行肠道准备可减少18F-FDG PET/CT显像时胃肠道的18F-FDG生理性摄取,有利于正确判读图像,减少假阳性率。

Effect of bowel preparation on 18F-FDG uptake in stomach and intestine on PET/CT imaging

Objective To evaluate the effect of bowel preparation on 18F-FDG uptake in the stomach and intestine in 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging. Methods Sixty examinees who were performed whole-body FDG PET/CT scanning were randomized into two groups: bowel preparation group(n=30),oral administration of bitter salt at 20:00 the day before examination;control group(n=30),without bowel preparation.All the examinees drunk enough water 20 min after intravenous injection of 18F-FDG.Intramuscular injection of anisodamine(10 mg)was performed in bowel preparation group 30 min before image collection.Semiquantitative analysis and comparison were conducted for 18F-FDG uptake by the images of stomach,small intestine,ileocecal junction and ascending colon. Results There were significant differences in 18F-FDG uptake of stomach,small intestine and ascending colon between two groups.The maximum SUV(SUVmax) of these three organs were significantly decreased in effect of bowel preparation(P<0.01). Conclusion It is important to prepare the gut before whole-body FDG PET/CT scan for correct interpretation of PET/CT imaging.
