| 摘 要： | 目的 观察小儿清热止咳口服液对大鼠发热的影响，对小鼠的止咳作用及其抑菌作用。方法 采用皮下注射酵母法观察小儿清热止咳口服液对体温升高的抑制作用，氨水引咳法观察该药的止咳作用，以及采用体外抑菌实验（试管法）观察该药对10种实验菌株的抑菌作用。结果 小儿清热止咳口服液用后2h-9h对大鼠体温升高有明显的抑制作用，并可显著减少由氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽次数，高剂量组明显延长咳嗽潜伏期；该药对10种实验菌株具有不同程度的抑描菌作用。结论 小儿清热止咳口服液具有降温、止咳作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Xiao Er Qingrezhike oral solution on fever,cough and its bacteriostatic effect.Methods The fever inhibiting and cough depressant effects of the drug were tested on yeast and amine solution caused models respectively.Ten species of experimental bacteria were tested for the drug's bacteriostasis in vitro.Results Xiao Er Qingrezhike oral solution inhibits the fever,decreases the times of cough,exerts bacteriostasis of different degree on the ten species of bacteria.Conclusion Xiao Er Qingrezhike oral solution has febrifugal,cough depressing and bacteriostatic effects. |
