急性脑梗死患者氧化损伤及抗氧化活性水平的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者体内氧化损伤及抗氧化水平的改变。方法 分别用ELISA法、硫代巴比妥法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和Fe3 /F3^2 化学法对38例ACI患者血中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、丙二醛(MDA)、SOD及总抗氧化能力(TAOC)进行检测,并与36例TIA患者和30例健康者进行比较。结果 ACI组血中MDA浓度显著高于TIA组和健康组(P均<0.01),而SOD活性及TAOC水平明显低于后两者(P均<0.01)。ACI组、TIA组与健康组比较,ox-LDL浓度明显增高(P<0.0l,P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者体内存在明显的氧化损伤并且抗氧化活性水平显著下降,氧化损伤参与了脑梗死的病理生理过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate into the relationship between the oxidant level and the antioxidant capability in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Using ELISA,thiobarbiturates,autoxibation of pyrogallic acid and Fe 3 / Fe 2 chemistry methods,we detected the plasma concentrations of oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein(ox LDL) and malondaldehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,serum levels of total antioxidative capability (TAOC)in 38 cases,36 patients with TIA and 30 normal control.Results The plasma MDA levels in ACI group were significantly higher than those in TIA and normal groups ( P <0.01).And SOD,TAOC were decreased significantly in ACI group than those of TIA and normal groups ( P <0.01).While the concentrations of ox LDL in ACI and TIA groups increased remarkably as compared with normal control group ( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusions It is indicated that oxidative stress is probably involved in neuronal damage induced by ischemia reperfusion.
