| Abstract: | Expert evaluation of professional mistakes and unfavourable outcome when delivering stomatological prosthetic should be based upon medical-economical, structural-organizational and other standards of stomatological help determining borders, completeness and adequacy of fulfilled procedures, prosthetic treatment quality and other characteristics. Carrying out of comprehensive forensic medical examination without taking into account all set forth above circumstances does not meet the modern requirements of civil legal proceedings. |
