苯噻啶联合胃复安地塞米松预防化疗引起的恶心呕吐

目的　寻找有效预防化疗引起的恶心、呕吐的廉价药物。方法　选择以顺铂为主化疗方案治疗的肿瘤患者 3 0例 ,采用自身对照方法 ,观察 2个化疗周期。第 1周期应用昂丹司琼联合胃复安、地塞米松防治恶心呕吐 ,第 2周期应用苯噻啶联合胃复安、地塞米松治疗。结果　第 1周期总有效率 86.7% ( 2 6 3 0 ) ;第 2周期总有效率 83 .3 % ( 2 5 3 0 ) ;两周期止吐效果无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　苯噻啶是预防化疗胃肠反应的有效药物 ,可以作为化疗止吐药应用。

Effects of Pizotifen Associated with metoclopramide and Dexamethasone in Prevention of Nausea and Vomiting Caused by Anti-Cancer Drugs

Objectives To study the effects of Pizotifen in prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by anti-cancer drugs. Methods Thirty patients received two cycle of same chemotherapy regimen. Ondansetron, metoclopramide and dexamethasone were given to the patients in the first cycle. Pizotifen, metoclopramide and dexamethasone were given to the patients in the second cycle. Results The effective rates in the first and second cycle were 86.7% and 83.3% respectively, the difference between them was no significant. Conclusions Pizotifen is an active anti-emetic drug in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by anti-cancer drugs.
