创面负压疗法治疗慢性溃疡创面23例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察创面负压疗法对慢性溃疡创面的治疗效果。方法:采用创面负压疗法治疗23例慢性溃疡创面患者,观察创面肉芽组织生长及创面愈合情况。结果:23例患者经创面负压疗法治疗2周~6周,其中8例创面直接愈合,14例创面坏死组织脱落,肉芽组织新鲜,具备手术修复条件。1例创面缩小、坏死组织减少、感染减轻。不良反应轻微、易于处理。结论:创面负压疗法是一种安全、有效、操作简便的治疗慢性溃疡创面的新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of negative pressure therapy of wound (NPTW) on treating chronic ulcers. Method: NPTW was applied to treat chronic ulcers in 23 eases; growth of granulation tissue and the healing of wounds were observed. Results: Through the period of 2 - 8 weeks for treating chronic ulcers in 23 patients with NPTW, wounds got healed directly in 8 cases; necrotic tissues fell off and fresh granulation tissues were observed in 14 cases which were eligible for surgical treating; wound surface diminished, necrotic tissues reduced and infection lessened in 1 patient. The treatment has only slight side effect observed and is easy to be applied. Conclusion: NPTW is a new treatment with safe, effective and convenient characteristics in treating chronic ulcers.
