分娩方式对儿童感觉统合能力影响的研究

目的探讨分娩方式对儿童感觉统合能力发展的影响。方法选取嵊州市2家幼儿园中自然分娩与剖宫产出生的各100名儿童,运用感觉统合检核表和conner’s儿童行为问卷（教师用）,对2~3岁与5~6岁两个年龄段儿童的感觉统合能力进行问卷调查。结果自然分娩出生的儿童与剖宫产出生儿童的感觉统合失调率比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两种分娩方式出生的儿童不同年龄组感觉统合失调率比较,2~3岁组大于5~6岁组,但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产出生儿童的感觉统合失调率高于自然分娩出生的儿童,降低剖宫产率将对降低儿童感觉统合失调率,提高出生人口素质起积极的作用。

Impact of Delivery Mode on Children's Sensory Imegration Capacity for Short and Long Term

Objective To explore the impacts of the delivery mode on children＇ s sensory, integration development. Methods A sample size of 1130 children who were born through spontaneous labor and another 100 children through cesarean section were recruited, respectively. The sensory integration cheek table and Conner＇s children behavior questionnaire （for teachers） were used to measure children＇ a sensory integration capacity on both of 2- 3 nd 5 - 6 age stage. Results There was significant difference of imbalance rate of sensory integration betweon the spontaneous labor and cesarean section born ehildren （P 〈 0.05）.The imbalance rate of sensory integration in 2-3 years old group was higher than that in 5 - 6 years old group, but without statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. Conclusions The imbalance rate of sensory integration in cesarean section born children is higher than that in spontaneous labor born children, demonstrating that there is positive role in reducing the imbalance rate of children＇s sentry integration and improving population quality by reducing the proortion of cesarean section.
