脑梗死住院患者用药情况的回顾性调查

目的通过病历调查脑梗死患者药物治疗情况,探讨其合理性供进一步研究该病治疗方案作参考.方法以随机抽取某院神经内科和中西医结合病房183例初次发生脑梗死病历,统计分析用药情况.结果本组病例大都采用脱水药、溶栓药、抗血小板,改善脑循环,改善脑代谢,支持疗法为主的中西医结合疗法.资料中183例临床治愈及好转率为92.4%,死亡率为2.7%,病未愈自动出院或转院9例(4.9%),用药基本合理.结论脑梗死治疗涉及药物多,疗程长,价格高,为了减轻病人负担,更合理地制订治疗方案需进一步探讨,更有必要作药物经济学研究.

The retrospective invesitigation of the treatment for cerebral infarction patients

Aim To disiscuss the rationality for further research of the cerebral infarction treatment project through invesigating the treatment condition of the patients who suffered from cerebral. Methods We extract 183 casess histories medicine from one hospital randomly and statistically alalyzed the treatment. Results Most of the patients were treated with dehydration medicine, and streptokinases to reform brain circulation and metaboliz. Among the 183 examples, the clinic cure and recover rate was 92 4%, the dead rate was 2 7%. The dose in the treatment was reasonable. Conclusion There are many kind of drugs in the treatment of cerebral infarction. In order to reduce the burden of partient, it is needed to work out more reasonable treatment method, to conduct the economic research in this field.
