In order to make full use of the current healthcare resources,establish the management system with high-quality and high-efficiency,this article analyzed the factors influencing the systemic management of sterilization and supply center with operation room,such as irrationality of staff structure,low-quality of staff,and so on.In order to further improve the systemic management mode,the countermeasures were proposed in the aspects of management system,rational utilization of human resources,rules and regulations,and professional training.
