NP方案加艾迪注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

为比较NP化疗方案联合艾迪注射液(A组)与单纯NP方案(B组)对晚期非小细胞肺癌(non smallcell lungcancer,NSCLC)的疗效、毒副反应及生活质量的影响。A组应用NVB+DDP化疗同时加用艾迪注注射液50mL,每个周期10d,21d为1个周期,3个周期为1个疗程;B组单用NVB+DDP化疗。结果A组有效率为52.8%(19/36),B组为36.1%(13/36),P>0.05。A组的白细胞抑制毒性低于B组,P<0.05。生活质量评分改善A组明显高于B组,P<0.01。中位肿瘤进展时间A组118d,B组52d。初步研究结果提示,NP方案联用艾迪注射液在治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌中,能降低化疗毒副反应,改善患者生活质量。

Observation on efficacy of navelbine and cisplation chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

The objective of this study was to compare the therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and the quality of life in navelbine (NVB) and cisplation (DDP) of chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection (Group A) with those of chemotherapy alone (Group B) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. In Group A, in the same of NP chemotherapy,50ml of Aidi injection was given intravenously on days 1-10, each cycle consisting for 21 days with at least 3 cycles administered for one course. There was only NP chemotherapy in Group B. The effective rates in Group A and Group B were 52.8%(19/36) and 36.1%(13/36) respectively,P>0.05. The adverse reaction of leukocyte suppression was lower in Group A than that in Group B, P<0.05. The quality of life improved more in Group A than in Group B, P<0.01. The median time-to progression was 118 days in Group A but 52 days in Group B.The primary research shows that NP chemotherapy supplemented with Aidi injection can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
