应用超声生物显微镜对植入人工晶体位置观察分析

摘    要:目的:了解人工晶体植入术后,人工晶体在眼内确切的位置及其与周围组织间的相互关系。方法:应用超高频超声波-超声生物显微对40例前房型,后房型和睫状沟缝线固定型人工晶体植入位置进行观察分析。结果:前房型人工晶体位置对称,襻与房角间无直接接触,但亦可见1例人工晶体襻将周边虹膜推顶,囊袋内植入的人工晶体最为理想;睫状沟缝合固定的后房型人工晶体位置大多缝合固定位置在睫状沟后,且位置多不对称。

Abstract:To investigate the actual position of IOL postoperatively and the relation of IOL with the tissues around it,with the help of the ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM),the position of IOL was analysed in 40 cases(40 eyes) who had undergone implantation of anterior chamber IOL (AC IOL),posterior chamber IOL(PC IOL),or ci liary groove sutured IOL (CGS IOL).Apart from one AC IOL pushing iris,most AC IOLs were shown symme trical in posterior chamber,most PC IOLs were shown the well symmetrical in posterior chamber,and most CGS IOLs were shown asymmetrical.These results suggested that the UBM was useful for us to detect the postion of IOL and the relation of IOL with the tissues around it,and modify cataract surgery.
