414例女性原发性不孕症病因分析

目的 :探讨女性原发性不孕症的主要病因分布。方法 :对罗湖医院诊治的 414例女性原发性不孕症患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 :1原发性不孕症患者的年龄以 2 5～ 3 4岁最多 ,占 75%。 2炎症性因素占 3 9.61% ,其中输卵管堵塞占 2 1.74% ,慢性盆腔炎占 17.87%。 3排卵障碍因素占 3 7.68% ,其中多囊卵巢综合征占 18.3 6% ,高泌乳素血症占 14 .49%。结论 :1盆腔炎症所致不孕是原发性不孕的主要发病原因 ;2神经内分泌失调致多囊卵巢综合征不容忽视 ,居原发性不孕原因第 2位

Analysis of the etiology of 414 cases female primary infertility

Objective: To investigate the main etiology in female primary infertility. Metho ds: Etiology of 414 cases female primary infertility patients were statistical a nalyzed. Results:①The 25-34 years patients account for 75% of all female primar y infertility. The incidence rate was the highest;②The inflammatory factor is m ajor etiology in female primary infertility with 39.61%(164/414).Thereinto,the i nfarction of fallopian tube is 21.74%,the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is 17.87%;③The ovulation obstacle account for 37.68%(156/414). Thereinto,the poly cystic ovarian syndrome is 18.36%,the hyperprolactinimia is 14.495.Conclusion: ①These results suggested that main etiology of female primary infertility was t he pelvic inflammatory disease;②The polycystic ovarian syndrome caused by neure ndocrinosiy out of balance can not be ignored, it is the 2nd incidence rate.
