天津市大学生痤疮发病因素相关性调查与分析

目的了解天津市大学生寻常痤疮的流行现况并作相关危险因素分析。方法2008年9月至11月对天津市13所高校2006级至2008级在校大学生痤疮发病情况进行现况调查。结果总回收问卷1 709例中现患寻常痤疮830例,现患率为48.57%。其中男性610人（35.69%）,男性现患率42.46%。女性1 099人（64.31%）,女性现患率51.96%。两性间现患率的差异有统计学意义（x~2=14.2,P〈0.01）。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示：痛经、月经时间不正常、睡眠不足、喜食油炸或肥腻食品以及遗传因素为危险因素。结论痤疮是天津市大学生中常见病、多发病。女生现患率较男性高。寻常痤疮是多因素疾病。

The investigation and analysis on the related factors of the acne' onset among the college students of Tianjin

Objective To investigate the condition of ache＇ onset among the college students of Tianjin and analyse further the related dangerous factors. Methods From September 2008 to Novebmer 2008, we conducted survey on the acne＇ onset of students who grade 2006 to 2008, study in 13 universities of Tianjin. Results 830 cases were suffering from acne, the total morbidity was 48.57% , 610 male cases （35.69%） for 42.46% ; and the 1 099 female cases（64. 31% ） for 51.96% ,among 1 709 investigated cases. Differences in morbidity between the male and the female was statistically significant （X2 -- 14. 2, P〈0. 01）. And dysmenorrhea, irregular menstrual period, lack of sleep, the addiction to fried or fatty foods and genetic factors are risk factors, according to the result of Multivariate logistic analysis. Conclu- sions Ache is a common and frequent disease among college students in Tianjin. The morbidity of the woman is higher than man. Ache is a kind of multi-factor disease.
