风寒湿阻型尪痹与理化检查指标的相关性

摘    要:目的:从理化检查(双手X-ray、ESR、RF、CRP、C3、免疫球蛋白和血细胞等)的变化探讨风寒湿阻型类风湿性关节炎(尪痹)的证候与理化检查之间的相关性。方法:随机选择符合要求的病例70例,测定ESR、RF、CRP、C3、免疫球蛋白和血细胞值,检查双手X-ray改变,并对所测结果进行统计学分析。结果:风寒湿阻型尪痹的ESR、RF、CRP、WBC、PLT、IgG、IgM、IgA显著升高(P<0.01),HGB明显降低(P<0.05),C3无明显改变(P>0.05),双手X-ray处于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级状态。结论:ESR、RF、CRP、WBC、PLT、IgG、IgM、IgA升高,HGB明显降低(P<0.05),双手X-ray处于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级状态对风寒湿阻型尪痹有诊断意义,C3无诊断学意义。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the correlation between rheumatoid arthritis of wind-cold-damp retention type from the changes of physiochemical index(the X-ray of two hands,ESR,RF,CRP,C3,Immunoglobulin and Blood cell).Methods: 70 patients in accordance with the demands were chosen to detect the value of ESR,RF,CRP,C3,immunoglobulin,blood cell and the X-ray changes of two hands,and the results were analyzed by statistics.Results: The ESR,RF,CRP,WBC,PLT,IgG,IgM,IgA of rheumatoid arthritis of wind-cold-damp retention type were apparently increased(P<0.01) and HGB was remarkably decreased(P<0.05),while C3 had no obvious changes(P>0.05).The X-ray of two hands laid the state of I-II grade.Conclusion: The increase of ESR,RF,CRP,WBC,PLT,IgG,IgM,IgA,the remarkable decrease of HGB(P<0.05) and two hands' lying in rheumatoid arthritis with wind-cold syndrome and retention of dampness have a diagnostic significance,while C3 does not have.
