| 摘 要： | 目的为了解中医及中西医结合诊治大肠癌的现状。方法检索2008年1月—2018年1月在知网、万方数据库等发表的运用中医药方法治疗大肠癌的文献,按照纳入标准和排除标准对此次检索到的345篇文献严格的筛选,最终检索得到中医及中西医结合治疗大肠癌的治疗文献共44篇,名老中医治疗大肠癌经验文献共12篇。通过文献统计方法,对筛选出的文献中的中医证候、中医治法、方剂选择、中药运用等进行统计分析。结果运用中医药诊治大肠癌,无论是中医证候、中医治法、方剂选择、中药运用等方面众说纷纭。结论说明大肠癌的中医治疗方面尚未能统一标准、形成规范。
