| 摘 要： | 目的观察以星状神经节为主埋线治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将50例慢性腹泻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组25例采用以星状神经节为主埋线治疗,对照组25例采用普通穴位针灸治疗。2组均治疗4周并随访2周观察疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.0%(23/25),对照组治疗有效率为72.0%(18/25),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗慢性腹泻临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
