| 摘 要： | 目的观察以星状神经节为主埋线治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将70例肠易激综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组采用以星状神经节为主穴的埋线治疗,对照组采用普通穴位针灸治疗。2组均治疗4周并随访2周观察疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.29%(33/35)。对照组治疗有效率为77.14%(27/35)。二者疗效差异有统计学意义。结论以星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗肠易激综合征是一种较佳的治疗方法。
