| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经化疗治疗肺癌患者最佳的护理方法。方法 2017年3月—2018年8月,在我院肿瘤科入院治疗的98例肺癌患者采取随机数字表法,分为对照组和中医组,各49例。对照组采取常规护理方法,中医组患者进行系统中医护理。护理2周后,从患者心理和不良反应2方面,对护理效果加以评价。结果中医组患者心理焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组。在不良反应方面,中医组患者恶心呕吐、腹泻和便秘的发生率均低于对照组。以上各项比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对化疗肺癌患者进行系统中医护理干预,有效改善了患者的心理焦虑和抑郁等情况,同时缓解了患者的不良反应,效果显著。
