紫珠素治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效评价

本文观察紫球素治疗消化性溃疡出血146例,并与大黄粉组、泻心液组,去甲肾组对照。结果:紫珠素组显效120例,有效17例,总有效率为93.8％,无效9例,与大黄粉组(共39例,其中显效33例,有效3例,总有效率为92.3％)、泻心液组(共18例,其中显效10例,有效6例,总有效率为98.9％)比较,三组的总有效率相似(P>0.1),去甲肾组与上三组比较则疗效稍差(P<0.01)。同时,由于紫珠素易得价廉,加工工艺简单,且服后副作用少,易为病人所接受。故认为可以推荐紫珠素为治疗消化性溃疡出血的首选药物。

Treatment of Callicarpa Pedunculine for Peptic Ulcer Complicated with Hemorrhage

One hundred and forty cases of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage were treated with Callicarpa Pedunculine (CP, a preparation extracted from Folium Callicarpae Pedunculatae), with other three groups respectively created with Phei powder (Group 1), with Decoction for Purging Stomachfire (Group 2) and with noradrenalin (Group 3) as control. The results showed that in CP group, 120 cases were markedly effective, 17 effective, 9 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 93.8%. Compared with Groups 1 and 2 (their total effective rates were respectively 92.3% and 88.9%), there was no significant difference (P>0.1). But the total effective rate in Group 3 was a bit lower (P<0.0l). Callicarpa Pedunculine is mild in nature and has no side effects. Its raw material is cheap and its processing procedure is simple. So Callicarpa Pedunculine is considered the first choice for the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.
