| 摘 要： | 目的:观察思密达联合干扰素治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将我院2006年7月至2007年7月收治的60例小儿秋季腹泻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例;根据用药后临床症状体征的改善和治愈率以及治疗副反应进行判断。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹泻改善时间、呕吐改善时间、退热时间以及总病程均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思密达联合干扰素治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To estimate the effect of administration of smecta and interferon for curing diarrhea in children.Method: A total of 60 cases of diarrhea were divided randomly into two groups.We estimate the effect of two groups by clinical symptoms and signs,recovery rate and side effects.Result: The two groups are significantly different in total effective rate(93.33% vs 76.67%),vomit of improving time,diarrhea of improving time and pyretolysis time(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comparison of therapeutic effects on children diarrhea treated with smecta and interferon is obvious,and is worth utilizing widely in clinic. |
