聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎164例疗效观察

目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果、安全性及其影响因素。方法:用CZF-L型聚焦超声治疗仪对164例慢性宫颈炎患者行聚焦超声治疗,治疗后3个月内随访,对治疗效果、治疗安全性及影响因素进行分析。结果:164例中一次性治愈124例(75.61%),有效40例(24.39%),聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的有效率为100.00%。不同病理类型治疗后比较,糜烂程度越轻,治愈率越高;单纯型宫颈糜烂治愈率高于颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂(P<0.01)。治愈后宫颈恢复常态,无不良反应及并发症。结论:聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎操作简便,安全性高,不良反应小,疗效确切,尤其适用于未生育妇女宫颈炎症的治疗,是一种值得推广的新方法。

A follow-up study of the focused ultrasound on chronic cervicitis

Objective:To study the effectiveness and safety of focused ultrasound in treating cervical erosion.Methods:One hundred and sixty-four cases of patients with different degree of cervical erosion were treated with focused ultrasound therapy and were then followed up for 3 months for recording the curative effects and the complications.Results:Cure rate for 164 cases of cervical erosion patients was 75.61 % and total effective rate was 100.00%.The cure rates were significantly different among patients with different erosiondegrees and pathological types(P<0.01).There was less fluid flowing and no cervical stenosis and cervical scabbing was found.Conclusion:The focused ultrasound is obviously effective and safe for cervical erosion treatment,with little side effects,it is specially fit for the cervical erosion treatment in nulliparous women.
