三七总皂苷缓释片的初步工艺研究

摘    要:目的采用新型缓释材料及固体分散技术制备三七总皂苷缓释片.方法以人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1为指标,采用单因素法考察辅料对缓释作用的影响,并优化处方.结果选择乙基纤维素(EC)为缓释部分的辅料,并以聚乙二醇4000(PEG-4000)为速释部分的辅料.结论初步实现了三七总皂苷缓释片的缓释效果.

Abstract:Objective To find new slow-release adjuvant materials for preparing Slow-Release Total Notoginsenoside Tablets (SRTNT) by the solid-dispersing technology. Method Ginsenosides Rg 1 and Rb 1 were taken as criteria, the one-factor method was used to examine the influence of adjuvant materials on slow-release action, and the recipe of SRTNT was optimized at the same time.Result EC was chosen as a slow-release adjuvant material and PEG4000 as a rapid-release adjuvant material.Conclusion The slow-release effect of SRTNT is basically achieved.
