| 摘 要： | 目的实现抗菌药物的分级管理。方法在HIS环境下，开发抗菌药物分级管理系统，嵌入临床业务流程，建立前端自动审定、后台质控相结合的管理模式。结果抗菌药物分级管理系统提高了抗菌药物分级使用的准确性和合理性，减轻了药事监管和医务管理等部门工作量，便于质控监督。结论抗菌药物的分级管理促进医院合理、安全、经济的使用抗菌药物，对提升医院临床服务质量具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Main approaches on third - party mediation mechanism in medical dispute in Yangpu District of Shanghai were introduced from four aspects： organizational structure, working mechanism, mediation process, and service model. Practice had proved that third - party medical dispute mediation had a certain effect, but problems, including many retirees, imperfect collaborative coordination mechanism, also existed. |
