| 摘 要： | 目的 检测国内外独立通风笼（IVC）部分物理指标，为今后制定国家及行业标准提供参考。方法 依据GB 14925—2001实验动物环境及设施、90／219／EEC及98／81／EC等标准，对IVC产品部分指标进行检测。结果 与屏障级动物实验设施相比，IVC系统噪声指标普遍过高；压差、洁净度等指标各厂家依据标准不同，浮动范围极大。结论 IVC设备由于自身特点，物理标准不能完全照搬屏障级动物实验设施要求。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To formulate national or trade standards of individually ventilated cages(IVC),physical parameters of IVCs from different factories were tested.Methods The IVCs were tested according to the standards of GB 14925,90/219/EEC and 98/81/EC.Results Compared with barrier facility,the noise of the IVCs is higher;parameters of gradient pressures and cleanse were greatly floating.Conclusion Standards of IVC should be carefully determined and can not be simply copied from those of laboratory animal barrier facilities. |
