岩舒联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的:观察岩舒(复方苦参注射液)联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法:经病理学或细胞学证实的96例ⅢB～Ⅳ期NSCLC患者随机分为试验组49例,对照组47例,试验组接受岩舒注射液联合多西他赛方案治疗,对照组单用多西他赛方案化疗,用药1周期后评价毒副反应,至少完成2周期后评价疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为48.9%、临床受益率为77.5%,对照组总有效率为31.9%、临床受益率为59.5%,两组之间差异有显著性(P0.05);试验组患者在恶心、呕吐及白细胞减低、肝肾功能损害的发生率上明显低于对照组。结论:岩舒注射液能有效提高多西他赛治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效,减轻化疗毒性反应,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Observation on treatment of Compound Kushen combined docetaxel for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective ：To observe the short-term efficiency and side effects of Compound Kushen injection com- bined docetaxel in the treatment for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods：A total of 96 patients, pathological and cytology diagnosed with Ill B-IV NSCLC, were randomly divided as trial group （Compound Kushen injection combined docetaxel, n=49） and the control group（docetaxel, n=47）. All cases were eval- uated after 2courses at least and safety was evaluated after one course.Results ：The total efficiency was 48.9%, and clinically beneficial rate was77.5% in trial group, while the total efficiency was 31.9%, and clinically beneficial rate was 59.5% in control group. There were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. The incidence of the tox- icities as nausea, vomiting and decrease of WBC, liver and kidney function damage was significantly lower in trial group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions ： Compound Kushen injection can effectively improve the effect of docetaxel in the treatment for elderly patients with advanced NSCLC, reduce the side effects and improve the patient＇s quality of life. So it is worth clinical application.
