C反应蛋白与脑血管疾病的相关性研究

目的：探讨C反应蛋白（CRP）与脑血管疾病发生的关系。方法：采用免疫透射方法测定128例入选对象CRP的含量。其中脑梗塞34例（FCI），脑出血（ICH）32例，腔隙性脑梗塞（LCI）30例，正常对照组32例，结果：（1）脑血管疾病对象中CRP异常升高率为96．87％；（2）脑血管病组较正常对照组CRP明显升高（P＜0．01）；（3）脑出血组较脑梗塞 CRP水平更高（P＜0．05）；（4）脑梗塞组较腔隙性脑梗塞组CRP水平高（P＜0．05）。结论：CRP是脑血管疾病发生的危险因素之一，它与脑血管疾病严重程度正相关。

Study of correlation between C- reaction protein and cerebrovascular disease

Objective: To explore the correlation between CRP and cerebrovascular disease.Methods:The plasma CRP levels of 128 patients were determinded by immune transmission turbidly method.In which 34 cases were focal cerebral in farction(FCI),32 cases were intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH),30 cases were lacuna cerebral infarction(LCI),32 cases were normal controls.Results: 1) CRP positive rate was 96.87% in cerebrovascular disease patients;2) CRP positive level increased significantly in cerebrovascular disease group:compared with control group;3)The CRP positive levels of ICH group more increased than that of FCI group(P<0.05);4)The CRP positive level of FCI group more increased than that of LCI group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The CRP positive level increase is a risk factor of cerebrovascular disease.Its level is positive correlation with severity extent of cevebrovascular disease.
