中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎196例临床分析

中西医治疗慢性前列腺炎１９６例，采用口服阿奇霉素每次０．５克，每日一次，连服６天，自拟中药“复春片”每次１５片，每日三次连服一个月。停药后一周检查，治愈８１例、显效９５例，进步１６例，总有效率为９７．９６％，显效率８９．８０％，菌株清除率９４．６１％，并发症好转消失率４６．７９％，疗效满意。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 196 CASES OF CHINESE MEDICINE TREATMENT COMBINED WITH WESTERN MEDICINE OF CHRONIC PROTATICS

Chinese medicine treatment combined with Western medicine is used for one hundred ninty-six patients with chronic pastatics.Azrthromycin is to be taken 0.5 gram each time,one time a day, continously six days. The Chinese herbal medicine-Fu Chun Tablet-made by ourselves, is to be taken 15 tablets one time, three times a day, continously one month. Examine patients after they have stopped taking for one week.Among these patients, 8l of them are cured. 95 ofthem are effective, and the number of improvingones is 16. The overall currative rate is 97. 96 %,the overall effective rate is 89. 8O %, and the eliminated-bacterial rate is 94 .6l %. The complications also improve. The dispersal rate is 46. 79%. The currative result is satisfing. It proves that Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine, can either eliminate pathogenic microorganism, or recover the prostate function, and alleviate complication. It is short course of treatment, quick currative effect, and no obvious side-effect. The treatment is worth advocating. Moreover the treatment principle is being made an inquiry in this article.
