| 摘 要： | 该文对昆明市居民医药费用支出及病人流向进行了调研，通过分析发现：居民自付医药费用占年总收入的比例为7％；病人流向不合理；医疗费用负担方式、年龄职业等因素影响病人的就医选择；自我医疗、自感病轻是居民患病未就诊的主要原因。

| Abstract: | We have surveyed residents' medical expense and patients' flow direction in kunming. The results show that proportion of medical expense at own expense in annual income is about 7%. The patients' flow direction is unreasonable. Residents' behavior of visiting doctor is influenced by burden way of medical expense, age and occupation, and so on. The main reasons of non-visiting doctors are self-medical treatment and feeling disease condition is not severe. |
