| 摘 要： | 目的以甲型H1N1流感的健康传播为基础,探索适宜的突发公共卫生事件的健康传播策略。方法应用文化敏感性的健康传播模型,结合甲型H1N1流感突发的特殊条件及北京市政治文化经济的多重特点,发展甲型H1N1流感健康传播模式,实施甲型H1N1流感健康传播;分层随机抽取2998名中小学生、845名社区/乡村老年人和804名职业人群进行问卷调查。结果三类人群对甲型H1N1流感有较正确的认识,对政府目前采取的措施满意度较高。各项防控措施取得了一定的健康教育效果。结论文化敏感性的健康传播策略框架在甲型H1N1流感健康传播中的得到了较好的应用,体现了实用性、时效性和针对性,但同时应考虑长远的健康理念与社会行为规范的建立。
