固定桥基牙牙槽骨的光弹应力分析——斜向加载

摘    要:采用低弹性模量的环氧树脂材料模拟牙周膜,并改进了实验装置,使实验模拟更接近人体的实际情况。对斜向30°受载的两基牙固定桥和三基牙固定桥基牙牙槽骨的受力情况进行分析,得到了定量分析的结果。

Abstract:We have made a photoelastic experi-mental study on the stress in alveolar boneof fixed bridge abutments.Distribution ofthe stress and the isochromatic fringe ofabutments were obtained.Two-dimensionalphotoelastic analysis was used for examin-ing the stress on the alveolar bone of fixedbridge abutments in vertical loading. In this paper analysis of photoelasticstress is applied for fixed bridge,loadingat an angle of 30 degrees to the long axisof the tooth.The models and simulationof this experiments were the same as invertical loading experiment.The followingcollclusions were reached. 1.Under oblique loading,the bearingtensile stress on the alveolar bone is largerthan the compress stress. 2.Under oblique loading,in compari-son with vertical loading,the value ofstress on the alveolar bone of fixed bridgeallutments is different. 3.When the oblique force is applied,tensile stress on the alveolar bone of twounit abutment fixed bridge is 72.92 kg/cm~2;of three unit abutment fixed bridge is62.51 kg/cm~2;therefore,the design of thelatter is better than the former.
