| 摘 要： | 本文应用过量胸腺嘧啶核苷阻断法使细胞同步化,应用~3H-TdR标记放射自显影及液体闪烁计数法检测,分别获取G_1及S期细胞。利用扫描电子显微镜、荧光显微镜及细胞化学等技术系统地观察了在细胞周期不同时相两种体外培养人癌细胞的形态、表面结构及细胞化学的变化。

| Abstract: | Changes in the morphology of cultured cancer cells during the cell cycle were studied by using several techniques. Cells of stage Gl were obtained from two kinds of cancer cells synchronized with an excess of double-thymi-dine, cells of stage S were determined by pulse labelling with 3H-TdR auto-radiography and liquid scintillation counter. Under the scanning electronic microscope, changes in the surface structure of the cancer cells were observed. The changes in DNA and RNA in cultured cancer cells in the cell cycle were studied with fluorescent microscopy. The functional significance of regular dynamic changes is discussed. |
