| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫分析法测定68例病毒性肝炎患者血浆皮质醇浓度,发现31例慢活肝和例重肝皮质醇浓度显著低于正常对照。同时测定20例慢活肝血游离皮质醇浓度和游离皮质醇百分比,发现其游离皮质醇百分比显著高于正常而游离皮质醇浓度与正常对照无显著差异。

| Abstract: | we found that the cortisol concentration in patients with chronic active hepahtitis and severe hepatitis were significantly lower than that of normal controls. the percentage unbond cortisol in patients with chronic active hepatitis was increased, while the ccncentralion of unbound ortiscol was not sgnifilcantly different from those of normal controls. |
