| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同血液净化方式对慢性肾衰竭患者血清leptin的影响。方法选择维持性血液透析(MHD)患者60例,分成3组:血液透析(HD)组,血液滤过(HF)组,血液灌流(HP)组。正常对照组20例,采用放射免疫法检测治疗前后及对照组血清Leptin水平。结果慢性肾衰竭患者血清leptin水平明显高于健康对照组,HD对血清瘦素水平无明显影响,HF和HP可以显著降低CRF患者血清leptin水平,且HP优于HF。结论HP和HF可以较好的清除血清瘦素,改善患者营养状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of different blood purificationtreatment on the serum leptin levels(SLL) in the patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Sixty maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital were included,which weredivided into homedialysis (HD) group,hemoperfusion(HP) group, and hemofiltration(HF)group. SLL were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) before and after treatment. Results SLLin MHD patients were obviously higher than that in the healthy controls. Hemodialysis hadlittle effect on SLL,while HF and HP could lower SLL significantly and HP was better thanHF. Conclusions HP and HF can eliminate SLL preferably,which may improve the patients'nutritional status. |
