皮瓣转移术修复儿童会阴部瘢痕畸形

目的　总结皮瓣转移术修复儿童会阴部瘢痕畸形的临床经验。方法　回顾性分析皮瓣转移术修复会阴部瘢痕畸形19例患儿的临床资料。其中 ,应用局部皮瓣 8例 ,腹壁下动脉岛状皮瓣 10例 ,软组织扩张术后扩张皮瓣转移 1例 ,皮瓣面积 3cm× 3cm～ 13cm× 10cm ,平均 6 5cm2 。一期手术 14例 ,二期手术 5例。结果　所有皮瓣均成活。经随访 1～ 8年 ,皮瓣色泽良好 ,质地柔韧 ,排尿排便功能恢复正常 ,髋部活动无明显受限。结论　选择适宜的病例和术式 ,应用皮瓣转移术可提高儿童会阴部瘢痕畸形的修复质量。

Skin flap for the repair of childen pudendal scar

Objective To evaluate the result of repairing the children pudendal scar with clinical skin flaps. Methods Nineteen cases which have been repaired by three types of flaps were summarized, including eight cases with local skin flap, ten cases with the island skin flap pedicled with the superficicel epigastric and one with expansive skin flap. Results All flaps survived satisfactorily .Followed up for 1 to 8 years, the contour of skin flap were fine, the form of Pudendum, function of excretion and hip activity were normal. Conclusion Skin flap is suitable for repairing children pudendal scar, if it is chosen with the proper case and operating method.
