| 摘 要： | 在论述推广系统化整体护理模式的必要性和系统化整体护理的涵义基础上,提出与系统化整体护理模式相适应的护理教育模式改革的对策:(1)对传统中专护理教育体制进行全面改革;(2)注重在职护理人员的全日制继续教育;(3)加强护理工作者思想教育的力度和深度,真正体现护理工作的内在价值和深远意义;(4)着力在医务人员和社会人群中普及系统化整体护理的观念,使全体人群均能适应护理功能的转轨。

| Abstract: | The article expounds the idea of systematized all - sided nursing playing an important role as a critical, highly skilled health care component with much contribution to each patient's interests; and puts forward measures, such as overall reform of traditional secondary vocational nursing education system,development of full-time continuing education for incumbent nurses to perfect their work quality especially in difficult-to-differentiate conditions, and wide publicity to the advantages and benefits of this nursing model to promote its utilization and constant perfection. |
