| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血脂康胶囊对2型糖尿病伴血脂异常患者的治疗作用并分析其疗效。方法：对45例2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的患者应用血脂康胶囊进行治疗。随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组对2型糖尿病伴血脂异常患者行控制饮食，加强锻炼及糖尿病控制血糖的常规治疗；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用血脂康胶囊，0．6g，2次／d。服用4个月。结果：治疗组用血脂康胶囊，能明显降低2型糖尿病血脂异常患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、TG、TC、HDL。结论：其对于治疗血脂异常的2型糖尿病作用可靠，且不良反应少，收效满意。此治疗方法值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | objective： To investigate the Xuezhikang for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes. Methods： 88 eases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. The control group were cured by conventional treatment of Type 2 Diabetes, control diet and strengthen the training. On the base of the control group＇s treatment,treatment group were cured with Xuezhikang 0. 6 g, twice a day,and assess the effect after 4 naonths treatment. Results： The treatment group can control the FBG,PBG,TG,TC,HLD effectively. Conclusion： Xuezhikang have great therapeutic effect for Type 2 Diabetes,fewer adverse reactions,worthy of clinical use. |
