复方丹参注射液联合维生素E按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症的治疗及护理

目的：探讨复方丹参注射液联合维生素E（VitE）对新生儿硬肿症的治疗效果。方法：124例新生儿硬肿症随机分为A，B组．两组均采用复温、控制感染、热卡及液体供给，纠正器官功能紊乱及相同的护理．治疗组加以复方丹参注射液1～2mL／（kg·d）静脉滴注，1次／d，同时根据硬肿面积将维生素E胶丸2～4粒刺破涂于硬肿处，3次／d，15～20min／次，5—7d为一疗程。结果：治疗组66例，1周内治疗总有效率为84．8％；对照组58例，1周内治疗总有效率为41．4％．2组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：维生素E按摩配合复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿硬肿症安全可靠，方法简单，且缩短了住院天数，值得临床推广应用．
