心先安、左卡尼丁联合治疗充血性心衰临床观察

目的：评价心先安、左卡尼丁联合治疗充血性的心力衰竭临床疗效及其安全性。方法：选择2005年1月—2008年12月充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者150例，随机分为对照组（75例）、治疗组（75例）。对照组给予常规强心、利尿、扩血管等基础抗心衰治疗。治疗组在此基础上加心先安120mg、左卡尼丁3．0加入NS100ml静滴，每日一次。治疗前、治疗一周后心脏彩超检测心功能、6分钟步行试验检测最大运动距离。结果：1周后治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），两组患者心功能指标、6分钟步行试验比较差异有统计学意义。结论：联合使用心先安、左卡尼丁治疗充血性心衰是安全、有效的。

Effect of Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate and Lcarnitine on Treatment Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical safety and efficacy of Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate and L - carnitine （ LC ） in treatment of patients with congestive heart failure （CHF） . Methods 150 cases with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group （75 cases ） and control group （ 75 cases）. They all received basic treatment according to heart failure guideline. The patients in treatment group additionly received Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate injection 120mg/d and LC injection 3g/d intravenous for lwk. o After lwk , the patients＇ indexes including NYHA,UCG,6min text＇s walk distants before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results For treatment group the total clinical effective rate was 92%, which were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. , the patients＇indexes ncluding NYHA,UCG.6min text＇s waik distants was improved obviously as compared with control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination treatment by Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate and LC is effective and safe for treating CHF in the elderly.
