重症肝炎患者护理的疗效评价

目的：评价重症肝炎患者护理的疗效。方法：将我院2007年10月～2009年2月收治的重症肝炎患者230例随机分为观察组160例和对照组70例，对照组仅给予常规的肝炎护理，观察组根据患者重症肝炎的具体病情给予针对性的护理。比较分析两组的护理效果。结果：观察组的病死率和并发症发生率低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组。结论：根据重症肝炎患者的具体病情给予针对性的护理，可以获得满意效果，提高患者生活质量。

The effect evaluation of nursing care for the patients with severe hepatitis

Objective ：To evaluate the curative effect of nursing care for the patients with severe hepatitis. Methods： From October 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital, the 230 patients of severe hepatitis were randomly divided into observation group （n = 160） and control group （ n = 70）, The control group were given the routine nursing care of hepatitis, and the observation group received special nursing care according to the specific condition in patients with severe hepatitis, then compared the results of two groups. Results ： The mortality rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time of the obser- vation group was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion ： According to the specific condition in patients with severe hepatitis for special nursing care, can obtain satisfactory results and improve patient quality of life.
