体质指数与糖脂代谢异常的相关性分析

目的：探讨体质指数（BMI）与糖脂代谢异常的相关性。方法：1007例体检者检测身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖、血脂等，按BMI分层分析与血压、血糖、血脂的关系。结果：体检者中正常体重、超重、肥胖三组间比较BP、FPG、TC、LDL—C、HDL—C、TC差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。随着BMI的升高，SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、TG、LDL—C平均水平升高，HDL—C平均水平降低，血压升高、糖代谢异常、血脂异常的检出率增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：BMI是超重和肥胖的重要评价指标，BMI升高是高血压、糖脂代谢异常的重要危险因素。

Body mass index and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism correlation analysis

Objective：To investigate the correlation between the body mass index （BMI） and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods：1 007 eases were examined height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids. The correlation between BMI and blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid were analysed. Results： There are statistically significant difference in BP, FPG, TC, LDL- C, HDL- C, TG among normal weight, overweight and obesity （P 〈 0.01 ）. As BMI increased, SBP, DBP, FPG, TC, TG, LDL - C levels increased, and HDL - C level decreased. As BMI increased, the detection rate of hypertension, abnormal glucose metabolism, dyslipidemia was increased and the difference was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： BMI is an important evaluation index on overweight and obesity. BMI is the important risk factors of blood pressure, abnormal glucose and dyslipidemia.
