B超联合宫腔镜诊断未绝经妇女子宫异常出血308例

目的：分析B超测量子宫内膜厚度联合宫腔镜诊断未绝经妇女子宫异常出血的可行性。方法：308例未绝经的子宫异常出血，经B超检查后按子宫内膜厚度分A组（内膜≤11mm）、B组（内膜12～14m、C组（内膜≥14mm），均行官腔镜检查＋诊刮术。结果：A组B组c组子宫严重病变发生率分别为1．11％、5．95％、50％，差异有显著性意义，（P〈0．05）。结论：诊断子宫异常出血的原因，官腔镜查是一种安全有效的检查方法，对于未绝经的子宫异常出血的妇女，B超检查子宫内膜≥12mm者子宫严重病变阳性诊断率高，可作为官腔镜检查的适应症。子宫内膜≤llmm者可直接行诊刮术。
