| 摘 要： | 我国中医药学有着两千多年的发展历史，有着丰富的临床经验，独特的理论体系，卓越的治疗效果，它是中华民族在与疾病长期斗争的过程中积累的宝贵财富，是中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分。但由于历史、文化等原因，中医的现代化发展受到了强大的冲击和严峻的挑战，该怎样看待中医药？怎样研究中医药？中医药该如何发展？本文从中医药法的基本特征出发，着重分析我国中医药现代化发展中存在的立法问题从而得出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The Chinese medicine has develop for more than 2,000 years, having abundant clinical experience, special theories system, outstanding treatment result,it is a precious wealth in the process of struggling time with disease over a long period, and it is the important part of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation. But because of history , cultural,the modem development of Chinese medicine was strong impact and rigorous challenge, how to treat the Chinese medicine ？ How to research the Chinese medicine ？ How to develop the Chinese medicine ？ This article sets out from the basic characteristic of Chinese medicine law, emphasizing analyse the existent lawmaking problem in our Chinese medicine modem development and elicit corresponding countermeasure . |
