786例心律失常的动态心电图分析

目的：总结分析心律失常发生的特点及与病种的关系，探讨引发心律失常的因素及分布规律。方法：按照总体设计，对在动态心电图检查中出现心律失常的病例进行分组统计分析。结果：最常见的心律失常依次为房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、阵发性室上性心动过速和心房颤动等，多见于冠心病、高血压、肺心病和糖尿病等。结论：心律失常出现的频度和复杂性因不同的疾病有明显的差异性，有重要的临床应用价值。

786 cases of arrhythmia Holter Analysis

Objective This paper discusses the factors that lead to arrhythmias and explores some preventive measures by analyzing the relationship between the characteristics of arrhythmias and diseases. Methods in accordance with the overall design, the statistics in ECG arrhythmia cases were compared and analyzed in groups. Results The sequence of the frequency of arrhythmia is as followed ： atrial premature contractions, ventricular premature beat, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation and so on, which is particularly prevalent in the coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, pulmonary heart disease and diabetes. Results The frequency of arrhythmia and the complexity of the disease is apparent different due to different diseases.
