| 摘 要： | 本文对当前实施临床路径管理存在的问题进行了归纳,提出临床路径信息系统的设计需要遵循标准化、实用性、共享性等几大原则,同时也从路径模板设计、路径执行、路径统计、路径评价等方面作了深入的探讨,总结了临床路径信息系统开发的必要性,初步构建了临床路径信息系统结构框架图,并描绘出医院的应用前景与展望。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the problems on clinical pathway management and holds that the designing of clinical pathway information system （CPIS） needs to follow certain principles such as standardized, practical and sharing. It also discusses the template design, execution, statistics and evaluation of pathway in depth and the necessity of the development of CPIS. It initially built a framework of CPIS and portrait the prospect of its application in hospitals. |
