治理理论在医院思想政治工作中的应用研究

随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入，公立医院改革的各项措施也逐步得到落实，由此就需要进一步加强卫生工作者的思想政治教育工作，从而适应医改的要求。利用治理理论分析医院思想政治工作的现状，提出羞院思政工作的改善路径，可为建立和谐医患关系谋求出路，为公立医院改革作好舆论宣传。

Governance theory in the ideological and political work in the hospital

With the deepening of the medical and healthcare system reform, public hospitals reform measures have gradually been implemented, which requires further strengthening of the ideological and political education of health professionals so that they can adapt to the requirements of healthcare reform. Governance theory was used for the analysis of the status of the hospital ideological and political work and suggestions for the hospital ideological and political work improvement was made for the establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the publicity for the reform of public hospitals.
